FAQ

The increasing globalization of international trade, and the merging of pharmaceutical companies, make pharmaceuticals produced in different countries worldwide available. International pharmaceutical norms and standards are therefor more important than before since they ensure safety and quality of medicines in a global world.

Globalization of the pharmaceutical industry is only possible by implementing adequate safety issues. As medicines are becoming increasingly available to the general public in all countries, including through such channels as the Internet their safety and quality have to be of WHO standard.

The World Health Organization gives priority to drugs that are widely used throughout the world and places public health and access to medicines as priorities.

Selection and Rational Use of Medicines

Essential medicines satisfy most health care needs of the population. Experience has shown that careful selection of a limited range of essential medicines results in a higher quality of care and better management of medicines, including improved quality of prescribed medicines and a more cost-effective use of available health resources.

Selection of medicines

The selection of essential medicines therefore must be based on public health relevance and best efficacy and safety as well as cost-effectiveness. The perspectives of the patient and Not the perspectives of Pharma Multinational Companies should be considered first.

Rational use of medicines

Irrational use of medicines is a major problem worldwide. It is estimated that that half of all patients fail to take their medicines correctly. The overuse, underuse or misuse of medicines results in wastage of scarce resources and widespread health hazards. Examples of irrational use of medicines include: use of too many medicines for the same disorder of a patient; inappropriate use of antibiotics, often in inadequate dosage, for non-bacterial infections; over-use of injections when oral formulations would be more appropriate; failure to prescribe in accordance with clinical guidelines; inappropriate self-medication, often of prescription-only medicines and/or non-adherence to dosing regimes.

All medicines have side effects and some of those can be damaging. The effects of any medical intervention cannot be predicted with absolute certainty. No drug is totally devoid of risk.

For all medicines consider the benefits and the potential for harm. The harm can be minimized by ensuring that medicines of good quality, safety and efficacy are used rationally.

Counterfeit Drugs

In developing countries the most counterfeited medicines are those used to treat life-threatening conditions such as malaria, tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. Antibiotics are also often found among counterfeit medicines.

Drug Safety Monitoring

All medicines must be accompanied by quality assurance of those medicines - that is, there must be controls and checks to ensure that the medicines ultimately reaching patients are of good quality, safe and effective.

Pharmaceutical companies are required by law in all countries to have tested their drugs on healthy and patient volunteers before making them widely available.

Currently, 86 countries participate in the WHO Drug Safety Monitoringprogramme.

The most important task of the Drug Monitoring Programme is to identify 'signals' of drug safety problems as early as possible. A signal is defined by WHO as 'reported information on a possible causal relationship between an adverse event and a drug' which has not been previously detected.

Reported cases are forwarded to the WHO Collaborating Centre for International Drug Monitoring in Uppsala, Sweden.

Erectile dysfunction info

How does an erection happen?

For an erection to occur, a series of events must take place. The first event in this chain is psychosexual stimulation. This is promoted by the male sex drive, also known as libido. The mind then sends impulses down the nerve pathways to the penis. These nerve impulses relax the smooth muscles of the arteries which supply the penis with blood. This muscle relaxation leads to engorgement and erection of the penis. After orgasm, the blood is returned to the general circulation and the penis returns to a soft (flaccid) state. Even a minor disturbance in any of these steps such as decreased blood supply, disturbances of nerve mechanisms or psychosexual problems may lead to erection problems.

Product info

Are your pills originally brand name medicines?

No, the medications offer are generic ones. The pills are not a version, copy or counterfeit of any patented product.

What's the difference between a generic and a brand name drug?

Not much, except for the name and the price. A generic drug is called by its chemical name; a manufacturer assigns a brand name. The products have the same ingredients.

Standard practice and most state laws require that a generic drug be generically equivalent to its brand name counterpart. That is, it must have the same active ingredients, strength, and dosage form pill, liquid, or injection. The generic drug must be therapeutically equivalent. Therefor it is chemically identical and has the same medical effect.

Why are generic medicines so cheap?

The principal reason for the reduced cost of generic meds is that they are manufactured by pharmaceutical companies, often located in India, which do not invest so much in research and development of new drugs.
These companies also do not pay for television or radio advertising; the drugs they are selling have been on the market for quite some time and do not need additional advertising.

Why do the pills I've received from you look different from the brand name ones in shape and in color? The name printed on the pills is also not the branded one.

To produce the generic medicines exactly the same active ingredients are used as by the brand companies. However, the manufacturers of generic drugs are not allowed to use the brand names as in this case they will be accused of copyright infringement. The appearance of the medications should also be treated as the intellectual property of the brand manufacturer. Thus the shape and the color of the generic pills usually are somewhat changed.

Are the pills you sell FDA approved?

The medications are manufactured in India by an Indian state licensed, Indian FDA approved company. Each package of the products includes the Certificate of Analysis obtained from the manufacturer's laboratory and fully adheres to Indian law. READ MORE

Is there any difference between "Soft" and "Regular" tabs?

The difference between Soft and Regular tabs is in the mechanism and the zone of absorption. Soft tabs dissolve under the tongue and are absorbed directly into the bloodstream instead of going through the stomach, thus less time is needed to feel the effect. You may drink alcohol or eat fatty foods prior to sexual intercourse, which is strongly discouraged when taking Regular tabs.

Do I need to have a prescription from a doctor to purchase from you?

Online Prescription is available Free of cost.

If 25 mg is not enough for you, try 50 mg ( or one half of a 100 mg pill). Never start with 100mg or even more.
